Overview
At ZADUL QURAN Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality education in Qur’an and Islamic Studies. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you’re not fully satisfied with your experience, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.
Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial purchase.

To qualify, no more than two classes must have been completed.

Refunds will not be granted for packages where most sessions have already been attended.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within the 7-day period.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

Classes or packages purchased on special discounts or as part of promotional offers.

Packages that are completed or partially completed beyond the first two sessions.

Missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts, unless notice was given according to our rescheduling policy.
Partial Refunds May Be Considered If:

There are consistent technical or service issues on our end affecting class delivery.

You are unable to continue due to a legitimate reason (with documented proof).
Rescheduling & Make-Up Classes
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule:

Please inform us at least 6 hours in advance.

Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will not qualify for a make-up class unless due to emergencies.

We will do our best to accommodate changes based on teacher availability.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing window:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card provider — sometimes processing takes additional time.

Speak to your bank for further updates.
If you’ve done all the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us via email.
Technical Issues
If you face technical difficulties that impact your class experience:

Report the issue immediately via email or WhatsApp.

If the problem originates from our end, we will do our best to reschedule the session.
